The Jeep Gladiator is compact and capable 4WD, and Torqit’s Jeep Gladiator Performance Exhaust is designed to give it a crisp, sporty note.

Torqit’s single exit Gladiator exhaust is a 3″ high flow design, and includes a stainless muffler and resonator. The length of the resonator has been specifically designed to enhance the note and prevent drone, while the muffler adds balance. The entire exhaust system is manufactured from brushed 304 grade stainless steel, with walls up to 2mm thick. This thickness deepens the exhaust note and also provides maximum strength when you’re heading off-road and traversing rough terrain.  Like all Torqit exhausts, this Jeep Gladiator system is fully mandrel bent, which maximises exhaust flow and keeps its structurally sound on the bends.

As the owner of a Jeep Gladiator, you would know they are not renowned for their fuel economy. To counter this, the exhaust has been designed to reduce any restriction, reduce exhaust gas temperatures (EGT’s) and improve exhaust flow. This means you get more power, more torque and most importantly- a smoother running system for maximum efficiency and potential fuel savings.

Starting from the catalytic convertor, Torqit’s single exit exhaust for the Jeep Gladiator exits on the passenger side, and features a single tip in a black finish. The system has been designed for simple fitment, maximum clearance and will accommodate your Jeep’s spare tyre. PERFORMANCE EXHAUST FEATURES

Thick Stainless Steel
An exhaust system is exposed to many varied elements, including extreme heat and rough terrain. To handle these harsh conditions, we use stainless steel that is up to 2mm thick to maintain structural strength even after bending. Being extremely durable and difficult to crack, you can go off-road with peace of mind that your Gladiator exhaust will remain intact. Steel thickness not only affects the strength of an exhaust system, but also the sound it will produce- the thinner the steel, the tinnier the note. 304 Grade Stainless Steel
The highest quality steel used in exhaust systems is 304 grade stainless, which is renowned for its high strength, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance. It is known as an austenitic stainless steel, meaning due to a high percentage of chromium and nickel it is extremely resistant to rust, stress, and harsh conditions such as high temperatures. The excellent properties of Torqit’s 304 grade stainless demonstrate its strength in comparison to the 409 grade stainless commonly used in the automotive industry. For heavy duty strength and resistance to corrosion, 304 grade stainless steel is the superior choice. Internal & External Welds
High quality welds are essential to avoiding structural fatigue on joints, stopping cracks from forming, and preventing exhaust gas leaks. Torqit’s flanges are TIG welded internally and externally, to reinforce the system for maximum strength. TIG welding is complex and more time consuming than the usual MIG welding technique used on exhausts; however it is a key part of creating a premium system. Torqit’s welds are extremely precise, higher quality, and create a beautiful clean finish with no welding spatter.

Mandrel Bent System
Torqit’s Mandrel Bender uses a flexible mandrel rod to support the pipe internally and prevent crinkling as it is bent. This maintains a smooth and constant diameter, improving the efficiency of your engine. With Torqit’s in house mandrel bender, we can maintain the structural integrity and thickness of our systems, prevent restricted exhaust flow, and reduce back pressure. SINGLE EXIT JEEP GLADIATOR EXHAUST INSTALLATION

Torqit’s Jeep Gladiator exhaust is a bolt together system, which comes with a full fitment kit. The stock exhaust is difficult to remove without cutting, for which reason we recommend using a hoist and jack. If you’re happy to cut the stock exhaust, Torqit’s exhaust has been designed with additional flanges for ease of fitment, and can be DIY installed without a hoist in approximately one hour.
